Shipping:
Shipping by UPS, Federal Express and USPS. We ship in the U.S. and US. Territories at this time. Shipping is processed within 3-5 business days and may take from 2-7 days to reach you once shipped. Holidays, bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances can result in longer shipping times.

Contact us at Admi@MysticAmethystBrew.com with the following information: Invoice number, Who Picked, Who Packed, Was the item checked off on the invoice/packing slip, if damaged please include a picture(please no zip files). Report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of receipt of order.
All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RMA #. Inside the box, include the order number. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
MAB accepts returned items that are in resalable and returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Liquids and gift cards, are not Discontinued items are not credited.
Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Returns over 3 months will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of AzureGreen.
Our return policy is 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days from delivery with no communication returns nor refunds will not be accepted.
We strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish. However, we recognize that errors and damage can happen from time to time. For issues with missing or broken items , you must contact us within 3 days of delivery date. In the event you receive a broken item please email a photo of the damage.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition received. Items must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
The following items are not returnable: Sale items, Liquids, Gift cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@mysticelements.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
